The 8 Dissolutions is a Buddhist death process where the senses and elements shut down in 8 stages. This is Dissolution 8. The explosion into emptiness. The blue arms are made of Sodium Alginate seaweed. The center charms are melted bismuth on metal. The spiral beads are quartz. The rest is needle felted wool.

The 8 Dissolution series is shown at the Morris Museum Jan 28- July 10, 2022.
